Dan Iacovella
Dan Iacovella began Community Revival in 1996 and has participated in the planning and development of over 6,100 units of supportive and affordable housing valued at $1.4 billion including the utilization of $540 million in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (“LIHTC”). Mr. Iacovella has also lectured nationally in various forums on the LIHTC Program and supportive housing development.
Prior to the founding of Community Revival, Mr. Iacovella had over 11 years of experience in real estate development, sales and property management including assistance in the preparation of Citicorp Real Estate’s Strategic Five Year Plan and the management of over 2,000 residential units and 250,000 square feet of commercial space for a private development firm in Manhattan.
Dan Iacovella is a graduate of Williams College and has received a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Certificate in Real Estate Investment Analysis from New York University. He is also a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, has led efforts addressing racism and the climate crisis for many years and runs a small not-for-profit doing work in Kenya.
