Civic Initiatives invests in creating spaces that support democracy in pursuit of the Common Good. We believe fostering vibrant communities where neighbors can live and grow together is essential to achieving this goal. We undertake various community initiatives, independently or in partnership, to support our goals. Current and planned initiatives include:
- Permanent mixed-income housing, transitional housing, and supportive housing.

- Commercial Space
- Commercial and office spaces for small businesses
